01 Who I am

This site belongs to Ayush Meher, a freelance web developer in Ahmedabad, India. I decide what happens to the personal details you give me here, and you can reach me at ayushmeher336@gmail.com about anything on this page.

02 What I collect, and why

When you send the contact form: your name, email, the website you mention, and what you write about your project. I use it to reply to you and to quote for the work.

When you place an order: the same details from the order brief, the packages you chose, and the order and subscription references PayPal gives me. I use them to deliver the work, send you receipts and invoices, and keep my accounts.

I don't ask for anything else, and I never see or store your card or bank details. Those go straight to PayPal.

03 Cookies and tracking

This site has no analytics, advertising or social media trackers, and its fonts and images are served from this site, not from third parties. That is why there is no cookie banner.

The order slip on the services page is saved in your own browser (local storage) so it is still there if you reload. It never leaves your device unless you continue to the order page, and you can clear it with the Clear the slip link or your browser settings.

If you pay, PayPal's checkout window sets its own cookies under PayPal's privacy policy.

04 Who else sees it

Hostinger, which hosts this site and stores the form messages and order details on its servers. PayPal, which handles payments and subscriptions. Google, whose Gmail service I use to send and receive email.

I don't sell your details or share them with anyone else, unless the law requires it.

05 How long I keep it

Messages that don't lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Order details are kept for as long as the law requires me to keep business and tax records, and then deleted.

06 Your rights

You can ask me for a copy of what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it, unless I have to keep it for tax records. If you're in the UK or EU, you also have the right to object to how it's used and to complain to your data protection authority.

07 Changes

If this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with a new date at the top.
